The Firm Vaněk s.r.o. is an originally Czech firm without foreign funds.

The founder and the only owner is Dipl.- Ing. Václav Vaněk, address: Mánesova 347, 541 01 Trutnov, The Czech Republic.

The subject of the productivity is:

• production, montage and reconstruction of stationary pressure vessels
• machinery production
• plastic treatment
• engieering

The company is approved by Czech and Slovak Railway Office to product vessels for state railroad vehicles.

For the production of the pressure vessels for EU the company is approved by

For the production of the pressure vessels for ship-industry the company is approved by

The company specialises today on the production and reconstruction of the pressure vessels, inclusive heat exchangers and boilers.

Today the company supplies more than 800 pieces of type pressure vessels. Besides catalogued vessels we supply a production of atypical pressure vessels exactly according wishes of customer.

Our program of the productivity:

• pressure vessels for automatically water supply-station of volume 80, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 900, 1600, 2500, 4000, 6300, 10000 litter. The vessel of volume form 80 to 900 littet are zincified.
  
• vertical and horizontal air receivers - VSV11, VSV 101, VS 101, VSV - Ž, VLv 101 - with volume of 5 to 10 000 liter.
  
• vertical and horizontal boilers with volume of 200 to 10 000 litter, indirect watter or steam heating, heating element (Fe, Cu, inox), types OVS 21 and OVL 21 and 22 and special boilers for an advantage of solar collectors.
  
• expanders inclusive the types VS 101, Vse 12, VL 101, VSo of volume 20 to 10000 litter.
  
• heat exchangers and pipe heat exchangers of types VV-1 RH, VV-2 UH, PV-2 UH and VV-4 HR, VV-2 UV(vertical) and PV-2 UV (vertical).
  
• deaerations - pressure vessels for elimination of air ( and other gas ) from heating water by closed heating systems.
  
• mudpans K200 and K600 for sand and sludge catching in heating systems..
  
• accumulating nonpressure vessels and types Nlk 13, Nlu 14, Nsu 14, Nxk 211, Nx 21.
  
• horizontal and vertical water receivers ( pressure, nonpressure ).
  
• horizontal air receivers for montage of mobile compressors in volume of 24, 100, 200, 300 and 400 litter, overpressure 1,0 MPa.
  
• air receivers for road and offroad vehicles according EN 286-2.
  
• air receivers for railroad vehicles in volume 2,5 to 500 litter with overpressure from 0,9 to 1,1 MPa.
  
• special vessels for powerplants and chemistry.

By pipe exchangers we manage general reconstruction.

We complete the program of productivity from time to time. We manage often a certification of our products according norm of EU in state authorised organisation as RW TÜV or Germanischer Lloyd.

For making supply we need only a basic dimensioned sketch with following dimensions: a diameter of the vessel, a volume, a working overpressure.
